Spot on +LukeW
It is so easy to put in too much effort at the front. It is quite a subtle bit of extra work and when done well, it is smooth and the group won't jerk and split. Once the groove is in place, any increases are whole group increases and evolve gently with no pushing or forcing needed.

Please can you give this member access.

Great, Brian. Just say hello to whoever is leading the C ride when you get a chance to ride with us.
Have a look at our group riding guide, if you're not used to riding in a group. In any case, others will show you what to do. Have fun.
And we have a monthly social drink, too (last Thursday of the month), if you fancy that.

Yes. Contact BC.
Rob's welcome email will give you details of where to pick up your jersey.
Lea Valley CC run that race series, it ran April-end of August last year.
And, of course, welcome.

+Tom.b have a look on the Weds Hills conversation.
It s getting dark, so some are dropping out (or forgetting their lights...). However, in late October we will switch to Regents Park for chain ganging.
Glad you are enjoying riding with us - we allow guests for a maximum of three rides. After which you can take advantage of our new members offer of £40 for a year of membership plus a club jersey.

I have a family event that day, so I can't be there, but I'm sure many of us are planning to ride.
