I have been a cycle commuter in London for the last 34 years and in that time I have been knocked off (and hospitalised) a few times but I have survived!
Got back into road cycling 4 years ago and average around 320 miles a month and more when I can fit in a sportive. I cycled part of Stage 1 of the Yorkie Tour last year and I will be going up to join the fun this year!
