I've been cycling solo for almost 10 years. I have been looking to join ICC for some time but with my work shift pattern makes it hard to attend rides regularly. I have previously completed the London ride 100 4 times and a few other cycling events. I have singed up for an ironman in July so I know I need to up my training and hope to get some advice from ICC members and become part of a cycling community.
