In November 2016 Anthony Nolan organisation found me a match with Leukaemia (blood cancer). I was registered as a potential bone marrow donor for several years and I managed to donate my stem cells and give a second chance to live to someone I had no idea who he/she was.
It gave me an overwhelming feeling that I cannot put into words. Later on, I decided to take part in Ride London 100 for Anthony Nolan and thanks to other people donated, raised a significant amount of money for them.
As I was training for the ride, I saw myself being addicted to cycling. I cycled more and more and now it has become one of my biggest hobbies.
