Hey @Tom.b ,
Wednesday is the London Hills ride, starting at 18:30 at whittington park. The route is circa 55 km. Take some lights with you as the return journey will be likely in the dark. See the forum thread "in the sadle" section.

Great you joined @samtravels. Mosquito normally have different sizes to fit. The sizes are a bit odd, and I had to go up 2 sizes

That's the spirit @samtravels! It makes me happy to see you back again.

The next one will be on the 20th September @Andrew_Mc

Sorry to hear that @samtravels. I couldn't make it, so don't know what happened but this should not have happened. Sorry for that. We will ask the leader what happened.
Hope you found your way home easily and still have a nice Sunday. Feel free to join another Sunday ride and then this should not happen again.

Hey @samtravels,
Nice you want to join tomorrow. Mudguards are not obligatory but are appreciated for the people behind you. But I must admit a lot of people don't have them, so no guarantee your face is mud free at the end of the ride.
The B group is normally around 15 mph. However first time riding in a group takes up energy (concentration on new signs etc), so I would normally advice new people to join a group "lower" the first time, to get used to the group riding, without being already on your physical limit. However this is up to you to judge. -

@Ed just show up, that should not be a problem.

Hey Tracey,
Great to see you tomorrow. Normally the B group is around 16 miles per hour. Its up to you what you think you are up to, but if you want to get used to group riding you might want to start with a C group to be conservative. Just show up tomorrow and discuss with the leaders, as depending on the group size we might split up the B group in a slightly faster and slower group.
The C group is up for a 40 mile ride toward Epping Forest and Mott street tomorrow.

Hey Tracey,
You are welcome to join our rides and see if you like the club. Just show up 10 minutes before (so 8:20) and then ask for the leader of your group (which in case of B, will be me) and introduce your self.
Do you have experience with riding in a group? What speeds do you normally get?
See you on Sunday

hi @Grace_B , we are already full, but normally then it doesn't allow you to sign up ( @Velocio ). We do not want the group to be too big to allow personal feedback, hence the max 16.
However keep an eye on this thread to see if people give up there place (happens).
Alternatively, join a Sunday C-ride, and come a bit earlier to get a quick introduction by the leader.
