I am really sorry, but I cannot make tonight's session as I have to work.

I have also emailed Islington, confirming i can't come so please feel free to take my place.

Hi Sue,
Not to worry, if you could remove yourself from the event (click the No longer attending button at the top) then it'll give someone else the chance to nab your spot, save it going empty.
