Hi Jennifer,
The group skills sessions are designed to focus on group riding and communication, with constant instruction and feedback. To that end we find the inner circle of Regents to be a great place to hone these skills.
We do also offer the intro ride, which looks more at the group experience, while also covering a the core skills. The next one of those is on the 7th of October.

Hi,
I'm interested in joining the club but am totally confused by how one actually gets in touch about joining a trial ride. I am not interested in doing curcuits of Regents Park but would like to go on group cycles. Where do you go on these rides and when?
