You might have to work a bit harder compared to on a road bike, but feel free to come on a hybrid if you are comfortable with it.

@Zac I'm pretty sure I asked this question in the past but I can't recall what you said, so sorry if I am making you repeat yourself. I have a hybrid bike (it's not super lightweight but I did cycle to Brighton with it!) - is that suitable for the introduction, or do I need to have a road bike? Thanks!
