  • Hi Zac - I am fairly new, but committed, to cycling and currently building up some fitness ahead of joining an introductory ride (where i saw 40km @ 20kmh was the requirement). Am comfortable running 7.5-10km twice a week but am building up on the bike which is surprisingly different especially with hills!

    I have registered for this as keen to become a member so i can see how the club works and join some rides in the near future. Can i confirm this session doesn't have the same requirements as the intro ride (seems more educational but i wasn't 100% sure if it included a ride as well)? If so i will see you then!
