Hello Michael!
Choose a proper username on here first of all. And then email us at [email protected] and we can send you all the info you need.
Obviously we are following British Cycling as well as government guidance currently which precludes us from operating normally at present.
We very much hope to see you soon though.

Jerry make sure that the email for your @JerryTate forum login is exactly the same as your British Cycling email address you joined us with. The two are linked. If it is different you won’t be able to see the member sections of the forum as I recall.

Just a reminder that we now have our own pro team bicycle mechanic as a club member if anyone needs their bike servicing/repairing/upgrading currently.
Welcome @JeremyF_QhubekaUK !

Message from @JeremyF_QhubekaUK from Qhubeka
Hi guys! I live just off Upper Street and heavily involved in the cycling industry though my pro bono work as Trustee of the Qhubeka charity (official TDF charity partner) in the UK and also with the Africa Rising initiative to build pro cycling teams across several African nations.
I have been racing and riding - mainly MTB - for 30+ years (slowing down a little now at 42!)
At the moment, I am running a Free Bike Fix For Qhubeka campaign for folk in my neighbourhood (N1 roughly). I am fixing up folks bikes in return for donations to Qhubeka.
I have pretty much most tools and can fix most stuff on road, MTB, hybrid etc. For major works, I am sending folk to the good shops I know who will also do a deal as they know me/my work.
I have tagged you guys in a few posts on here as thought you would be interested but then thought I might get in touch to see if any of your members/friends want their bike properly serviced etc?
All the very best,
Jeremy

Hello Em. I’ve got 2 x Bkool Pros in the house somewhere (these are wheel-on though but much easier to set up than a direct drive). I used to use the bkool pro all the time and then upgraded to a direct drive Kickr. The Pros are great though. I bought the second one for a second home but it’s still in bubble wrap. I need to dig out all the bits for them such as the ANT+ adapters and skewers. I may still hang on to one of them as the ladies in the house are now saying they want to start spinning as they can’t go to the gym but they’ve got 10 speed bikes (mine are 11) which is a pain to change to cartridge on a direct drive turbo. Wheel-on couldn’t be simpler. Bkool also has gym type classes to improve climbing / endurance etc etc if you subscribe. Or just use Zwift or Sufferfest. I’ve posted the Bkool on here previously about 2 years ago and no one was interested!
This is an old review (and software has improved dramatically since) but you get the idea - https://turbobiketrainer.com/bkool-pro-turbo-trainer-in-depth-review/
If you’ve got a small place it splits into pieces so you can put it away. It’s pretty low profile anyway (unlike most smart trainers)

I propose (if it’s acceptable to everybody) that when everyone has had chance to post their messages that we move this post to the public ‘clipping in’ section of the web site. The family will then be able to easily read all of the comments should they wish to. I think whenever you’re grieving, anything and everything you can read about your loved one is valuable and appreciated to make sense of their life and their affect on other people. It seems quite clear that Leroy was someone special to many of us and we should celebrate that.

Hello John!
Thanks for your message.
Please email us at [email protected] and we will send you an invitation to ride along with all the info you need.
I’d advise signing up to our group skills and/or introduction to group cycling sessions anyway as they are free and will be very useful to you regarding group riding even if you eventually decide to join another club.
We hope to see you soon.
Best wishes,
Sean - ICC

Big news! The Royal Parks, which is responsible for eight of London’s largest and most iconic green spaces (including Regent’s Park, Hyde Park and Richmond Park) have a bold new transport strategy up for consultation.
The strategy proposes to return these parks to people and over time remove through motor traffic from them all. The result would be London’s green lungs unscarred by thousands of motor vehicles cutting through daily mainly to just avoid a few minutes delay on nearby main roads. It would mean parks for people walking, cycling, playing, relaxing, but with people who do need to drive for access (for instance, coach parties to London Zoo) still able to get to and from the parks.
Take two minutes to ensure London sends a strong message to The Royal Parks that we fully support their proposals and returning parks to the people (assuming you agree of course).
