We usually finish the intro ride near Woodman's Highgate, on the A1. Although I'm sure there will be some people going down towards Highbury after the ride.

If you've got everything but a pump that should be fine!

Following this as in the same position, ideally one that is quiet seeing as I live in a flat! Not had any previous usage/knowledge so any advice is welcomed!

Also good to know it was a decent pace, means I may be able to keep up on future rides with more practice :)

Thanks for getting back to me. I've actually put in an application to join the club today so if it all works out, I'll join on Saturday as a member. If not, there is the introduction ride next Saturday which we have both signed up to.

I was at this session and really enjoyed it. I was wondering whether there is any possibility that a friend (who wasn't at the session but is interested) and I could join the laps in Regents Park this Saturday coming up for the 8:30 non-racing group?

Hi, is there an introductory ride being organised for the future?

I am interested in joining the club, only ever ridden though either solo or with one other person so wanted to try group cycling/get more confident riding in a group before committing to join the longer ride and push myself!
