This is what I keep seeing...

Logged on in the library, using the browser version of Garmin Connect, devide is recognised by the PC, managed to copy the fit and gpx files into New Files. Also copied into Courses.

Unplugged the device and looked under Connect IQ and Ride GPS, still keeps generating the code to input somewhere.

Tried synchronizing using the PC but asks me to download Garmin Express (library PC won't let me). Tried uploading the files to Garmin Connect on the browser but both file types fail with a different error

I think I officially give up!

I have an iPhone 7, have Strava / Ride GPS (paid to subscribe) and Garmin Connect on it. I managed to download Strava to my Garmin and that all worked last Sunday. I downloaded Ride GPS and when I try to access it from my Garmin (Connect IQ) it generates a device to input to Ride GPS to recognise it but I have no idea where to enter the code.

I am probably doing something completely stupid and sure it's all very simple!

The laptop that recognised the Garmin won’t let me open the Garmin folder as it’s restricted for security (problems if working for a bank)

I have downloaded the file ok to my laptop but it won't recognise the Garmin device.

My work laptop recognises the device and creates a folder but is locked down so I can't access.

Not sure what to try next other than find someone with a computer that will see it

I think I have subscribed to Ride GPS
I have downloaded Ride GPS to my Garmin, when I try to access it on the device it gives me a device code and tells me to go to the website /IQ to pair. Looked on the site and can’t find how / where to do that

I am doing the Great Escape on Sunday, the route is on Ride GPS and I have my Garmin 520 plus linked to Strava. I have been trying to somehow get the GPS route into Strava so I can get it onto my device via Garmin Connect. If anyone has any ideas I'd be grateful!
