There are always C groups on Sundays. Not sure what the plan us, but rest assured that there will be a ride or two on offer every Sunday.

The ride is neither very quick nor very hilly. There are a few hills, but we take them slowly, at our own pace and regroup at the top if needed. We target an average speed of 11-12mph but slower if needed. Really depends on the group.

There are always rides on Sunday mornings. 8:30 @ Whittington park, but come a bit earlier so that you don't miss the briefing.

Hi Paul,

We do have rides on Tuesday evenings, however mid week rides are not as well attended as our weekend rides, and thus I cannot guarantee that it will actually take place etc.

I would strongly recommend you join us for Saturday morning Regent's Park laps (8am) or for our Sunday club rides from Whittington Park (briefing at 8:30am).

This is a members-only group im afraid. Once/if you join the club, then a requests to join the Strava group will be approved.

If you are free Sunday, join us then for an out-of-town social ride!

The club-organized, regular Saturday rides are Regent's Park laps. I'd suggest you try that, as Saturday rides further afield, may not happen every Saturday.

Hi Phil - our secretary is the only one who can give you permissions for the forum, but he is on holidays this week. If you ping him (@Sir_Shannonball) he will proccess things when he gets back.
