Golden. Everyone in the club could use a refresher on this every now and then and it really is recommended that new members make every effort to attend.

If you are comfortable with reasonable distances but not in a group, look out for the upcoming group skills session. There will be one next month and are a must if you have never ridden in a group before and should take you to the required level.

Sorry but the committee has previously agreed that this should be a one time offer for new members. Jerseys are exceptionally well priced and the club makes no profit so go ahead and snag one :D.

I don't think these rides are so well attended currently. A lot of people go to the VP sessions. You can ask in advance in the relevant thread when you get access - it might drum up some interest!

Congrats. 46 miles is a decent way.
If you're comfy riding in a group 8am laps should do you fine. Be sure to ID yourself as new at the start and someone will point you in the right direction.

Unfortunately we don't run a waiting system. If you keep an eye on the thread, we do get one or two drop outs in the days before. That said, I'm sure you'd manage fine at Saturday laps, or any of the other rides if you're used to riding in a 6-person group.
