Ive finally signed up...yay!

I did venture over to Regents Park but we couldn't find anybody...did the inner circle laps around 6.30 and waited on the side of the outer circle for a while but couldn't see any groups going round :-(managed to get 6 good laps in so all is good. Will try to make it out on saturday morning too. Will most likely join the team this week :-D

Me again...i've read the icc riding rules and noticed the mud guard part.
Any recommendations for a trek madone 5.2 (rear brake placement by BB)?
Ive had a look at the race blades but not sure they'll give enough coverage.
If all else fails ill get out on my specialized.

Is there room for a group riding novice with some riding experience to tag along on this ride?
Have not really ridden since my last event and can already feel the pounds piling on and the fitness slipping away :-)

Whats the distance of the B ride?
Its been a while since i did an intense long ride...dont want to hold people back.
