  Thanks Rob. I think I'll come on Sunday. I'm normally comfortable riding up to 80-100km at around 27-28km/h, but I'm a little rusty at the moment! I can do intervals at a higher pace. Hope this works.

  Hi guys,

  I'm looking for a cycling club in North London and I must say you sound like a fun bunch. Is it best for me to come on Saturday or Sunday for my first ride this weekend? Also does the Saturday ride starts at 7 or 8am? I've tried to read all the posts on this, but they seem to be saying different things.

  I've got a white Canyon so am easy to spot.
