Riding since 2009. Road rider primarily, with some race / TT experience from a few years back.. Occasional gravel rider & cyclocross race novice. Veteran of three Land-End to John-O’Groat events, through company sponsorship of ‘Ride Across Britain’ Current focus on social riding including group-riding circuits of Regents Park and club-run events.
History supporting youth level riders, am a BC Level 2 coach - general and specific for Road & TT and Track (Velodrome). Accredited to coach at Lee Valley. Ex deputy chair of Hillingdon Slipstreamers youth cycle club and have supported youth groups at Welwyn Wheelers, including team management at Assen European Youth Cycle Tour.
Currently riding for pleasure, social connection and enjoyment. Spend a lot of time in Mallorca and regularly ride with groups out there as well as in UK.
