  Thanks to everyone who was involved in the organisation and running of today’s session. Very welcoming and inclusive and also very clear and helpful. Just excellent. Can’t be at tomorrow’s ride, but hoping to roll out with you soon.

  Hi there - I’m booked in to join on Saturday, but unfortunately can’t do it now, having had a little operation yesterday and been instructed not to exercise for a week. I’ll get re-booked to a session to occur soon. Apologies! Iain.
