Unless it's a small camelbak or similar then much better to leave it at work and carry just roadside essentials and valuables.

That's a good idea. If it works for our two possible takers then we could perhaps meet a little ahead of time ? Mind you, I'm usually late and tag onto the back of the first ICC group that I can catch up with......

Riding a bike is great and for the most part cyclists are a friendly bunch. What’s not to like ? I’ve ridden since I could pedal and hope I’ve still got plenty more years in the saddle.
