I bought my first road bike in May 2016 (Specialized Roubaix SL4 Sport) after much arm twisting by fellow Islington CC member Ev Sekkides and have now got the bug. My first ride was 38km (Mill Hill to Regents Park, laps and back via the hills of Hampstead!) and I haven't wanted to get out of the saddle since.
In a short time I've already met some great people at Islington CC while on mini breaks in the Regents Park Cafe. Can't wait to don my club jersey and meet more of you over the coming months. And get a bit faster on the bike too!
