Guys - I finally received my jersey and size M is too small. Has anyone got bigger and want to swap? It’s brand new. Cheers

Hope all good. I am just curious as I placed an order for my jersey on the 25th March, should it have arrived by now? If it's gone missing I just thought I should let you guys know?

Hi @AlexG, I'm afraid you got very unlucky with the timing of your order. Back in March we were still batching up orders on a monthly cadence, and you ordered your jersey right at the start of your batch, which means it didn't go into production until late April. The delivery estimate I've had from Kalas for your jersey is 21st June.

We've since moved to fortnightly batching but I appreciate that won't help you in this case, apologies for the inconvenience.

@SteveParr if you email me at [email protected] we can definitely arrange for you to try on a size 3 and see if that fits better.

Does the club kit come free with the new membership or do you have to pay for it separately?

@Mahad Did you receive an email titled “Welcome to ICC” when you joined the club? It should have all the information that you need to order your free jersey.

No I haven't received an email

@Mahad It doesn't look like your membership has been processed yet, so that will be why. Once it is, you should receive all the details.

Hi @LeoC, I joined the club at the beginning of July and ordered the club jersey on 9 July. I remember the estimate dispatch date was around September, and I can now see the shop has rolled into the next batch of production it seems (by looking at the new dispatch time). By any chance do you know approx when my order will be delivered? I haven't received further email yet. Thanks!
