This session is all done in the park so very easy.
Btw Don’t worry about fixing flat tyres, it’s totally ok. Watch a few you tube videos, if you have a spare inner tube and some tyre levers it only takes 10 mins to change in the unlikelihood of getting a puncture. The good thing about joining a club is that there’s always someone there to help you out first time 👍🏻
