If you can no longer make it please free up your space so that one of those waiting can make it. If you free up a space or take a vacated one, please let me know on here and I'll forward the details on.
I'll echo @StephendS comments - it looks chilly so wrap up. We'll be stood for 10-15 minutes during a quick briefing and chat before setting off, and we'll also end up outside the cafe at the end.
